Okay so let me start off my saying I have a 250 gallon tank with a queen angel (4-6 in that I had for almost 2 years) a purple tang (5-7in) a yellow eye joke tang (3-5in) a Arugia Butterfly fish (4-6 in) and a powder blue tang(3-6 in). The other day I get a call form my parents saying that my BPT has gotten very tiny tiny bubbles on his face and fins. They say its not alot but I'm not there to see it due to my vacation. My purple tang has gotten the same tiny spots months ago but the spots where there in the morning and gone by the time I got home. And I am afraid that this BPT has gotten ich. Is it ich or air bubbles? They claim it to be very very very tiny and kinda a clear-ish white. I will not be home for the next 3 days. And I am afraid that this fish has ich. I cannot post a picture due to the absents of me being home. My water is fine my pH is fine but my salt is a little low (1.022 SG). Help. Thanks

Ps- it's only been a day and I've had this fish for almost a week and a half.

Its impossible fo tell without a picture, but adding the fish a week and half ago and no quarantine on any fish points straight to ich. IMO all new fish need to be treated for parasites and worms.

I agree with Mrscribbled ,,but if they were tiny bubbles where are they coming from? Do you have micro bubbles from your skimmer?
It is possible its bubbles ,,but more than likely ich ,especially considering your PT had them too..
