I saw these white spots on my damsel yesterday and didn't have to time to look him over very well, praying they were just air bubble flying around my tank and stuck to him LOL...but
today they are still there and I fear the worst!
There are several on his top and bottom fins, by his mouth, and over his eye. He isn't RIDDLED but I want to catch this before he is harmed. I have live rock but no corals or inverts yet so he is the only one in the tank so it would ok to treat him right? surely it wouldn't harm anything growing on my LR?

take him out and place in a quarantine tank. you dont want to treat him in your display tank because the treatment contains copper and if you put that in ur tank you will never be able to use that rock with corals in the future.

I'm not great with pics, but it looks like ich to me. I have never seen lympho appear in so many spots at once. You need a QT anyhow, might as well get it now. I know of no ich cure that will work in a DT. Also, read the ich stickies at the top of the disease forum. The fish should be treated, unless you're convinced its not ich, and the DT left fishless for 10+ weeks.
