Ich or Marine Velvet... PLEASE HELP!

I've had a saltwater tank with a clownfish and spotted boxfish in it for about a month, I've returned after a couple of days away to my boxfish looking like this. I've been researching and not quite sure if it's ich or marine velvet, he's got white spots on his fins, bumps on his body and cloudy eyes. I have a small tank which I could use as a quarantine tank if really necessary as the clownfish looks to be ok.

Please help with any diagnoses and the best treatments in your experience!

Thanks!

Doesn't look like ich or velvet. On his fins, it looks like Lympho. Just a viral infection caused by stress. This should clear up on its own with good feeding and some vita chem or equivalent added to the food.

As for the bumps, I๏ธ can't see in the pic. Cloudy eyes can be a sign of flukes. Try and pay attention to it and see if the cloudiness moves at all. Or is the the whole eye cloudy?

Spots on the fins and body would lead me to believe Ich or velvet also. Cloudy eyes can be velvet or flukes. I would get some Chloroquine phosphate and treat immediately. The picture wasn't great but the fish seems to be in pretty bad shape. CP will treat Ich and velvet and you need to dose it st 60mg per gallon. If you have formalin I would give the fish a bath to help with the Ich or velvet in the short term. It's also effective against flukes.

+1 with Justinm this looks more like lymphocyst don't look like ick and definitely not velvet watch the spots if they remain on the fish and for longer than 8 days and get larger its lymphocyst

The cloudy eyes are what is most concerning to me. Leads me to believe you are dealing with multiple diseases/problems

I noticed the haze on the eye as well but was wondering if this is a camera or light issue. OP maybe you could clarify this for us?
