Ich outbreak in QT Tank

Stupid me, bought a fish from a trusted source, and did not QT a fish, as a result. My tank got infested, so I took all my fish out and started a QT on December 21st, in a 120g tank. 1 Gold Flake, Blue Line, Flame Back, PT, Gold Rim, Achilles, Naso, Choris Wrasse, Melanarus, Leopard, Candy Hog, Mystery, 4 line, 2 clowns. It hit pretty hard, I suspect Velvet. Lost the Naso, Achilles and Hog the 1st week. Everyone else survived. I initially did a FW dip, on all the fish one by one before I put them in the QT. Had the Cupramine at .25-.35 consistently and did 10% water change every 2-3 days and redose cupramine to level. Everything was going well, and all the fishes was eating, until yesterday, I had another outbreak of Ich, when all levels and parameters are in check, and no contaminations of anything, made sure I disinfect everything I use before I use them again or discard. I have qt many fishes in my life and never had a recurrence in the QT of Ich, should I let it ride, or should I do another FW dip, and restart my QT and schedule of 4-6 weeks?

freshwater dips do very little for ich. You should start the QT count over and either use cupramine or TTM or Chloroquine Phosphate. I would rule out velvet since you only lost a few fish, typically if its velvet most all fish die within 5 days or so. Very few will develop immunity to velvet, even with immunity the new fish added will develop the disease

Man, that is what I feared to start over. Should I raise copper level to 0.5? Patience is killing me and was ready to put them back in after 6 weeks.

The tank needs to remain fallow for 72 days. Copper level close to 0.5 is desirable.
