Ich problem, need qt advice

Watch the CB carefully with copper.
I hope they all make it too. The angel seems to be doing really well so for but I'll watch closely after the second dose. As for the sailfin, I was planning on getting a kole or yellow at in the future because of my tank size but my gf showed up at home with it the day before valentine's day. Of course the lfs owner told her it'd be fine in a 72 and with a sick clown...a$$hole. I should've taken it back. Also I got the ammonia badge yesterday and things are good at the moment
Day 4 of fallow, day 2 of 0.5 mg/l of cupramine. All of the fish are doing well and my female clown is already showing signs of improvement. The cb seems to be doing really well also, no visible ich and is swimming around nicely. They are all eating, although not as much as they were in the dt but hopefully this will improve. I'm still upset about losing the sailfin but grateful the others are doing ok. I do have one question about both the dt and qt. Should I be doing any wc's in the dt while it's fallow and if the ammonia is alright in the qt how often should I be doing wc's?
I did another 25% wc last night because the badge was still showing .05 ammonia and tthis morning it hadn't changed. The safe portion of it is <.02. So I assume I'm maybe not at .05 but definitely above .02. Now it also doesn't go to alarm until .2 so I'm pretty far from that. How concerned should I be about this? Should I continue daily wc's to assure that it doesn't get any higher and hopefully goes down? The fish don't appear to be bothered by this level but I don't like it
Anyone? My watchman goby jumped out of the qt today and I'm pretty freaked out. Idk if that type of fish will do such a thing or the ammonia and copper drove him to it. The copper level is still around .5 and the ammonia is still at .05 after 2-25% wc's. I can't decide between another 25% wc tonight or a 50% and really try to knock this ammonia down. I could use some suggestions
My comment is relevant because what I am saying is that the tank needs to stabilize. The ammonia spikes sound like they are coming from the over feeding. If nothing is being affected by the ammonia, don't worry about it because the ammonia will eventually be broken down as the tank stabilizes. Sounds like new tank syndrome.
I haven't seen my cb eat in almost 2 weeks. He's swimming around normally but doesn't seem interested in the food. He would eat tons before the qt with the same food selection. I'm starting to get worried that he could starve to death. I've had the copper at .5 for 2 weeks now. Does anyone think I should end the treatment so maybe the cb starts eating again? Also I've been battling ammonia since about day 4 of the qt and doing daily wc's so maybe that's affecting his eating too but everyone else is fine
