Ich Treatment-yes another novice question

OK, I'm almost certain my female maroon clown has Ich. She's also getting some secondary stuff b/c of it. The male either doesn't, or is just running on a different cycle. These fish were the first fish in my 75 so I never set up a QT figuring that it kinda would be one since it would be a while until I got another fish anyway. Yeah, big mistake:rolleyes:
Now, I'm pulling my 30g out of storage as a hospital tank for my maroon pair. While they are undergoing hyposalinity treatment, will they be ok with just the ambient light coming from the room or am I going to have to get some actual lighting set up for them comprable to my display tank (runs on T5s).
Thanks all!

They won't need the extra light, but watch their temperature. That will be important esp. for sick fish. Keep them together: don't break the pair bond. Also, move their anemone somewhere else. They may dive for it when first reintroduced and get [fatally] stung.

Thanks Sk8R!
OK, couple more questions...... Would it help if I put some Chaeto in the tank w/ them for nutrient export? I plan on doing water changes and their is a hob bio filter, but life happens sometimes and you can't get things done and I just want an extra failsafe so I don't put them through any more stress.
And, My female has a little bit of what looks like fin rot on her pectoral. Since that's secondary to the ick, should I wait to treat that until after the ick is under control in the QT tank?
And, while my fish are hanging out in QT, can I still add to my cleaning crew in the main tank?
Thanks all:P
