So I've had a small regal tang (2") in a 20 gal QT for about 1.5 wks. For the first week I kept him in QT, fed, observed, ... all I could see is he was scratching the sides so after this persisted at 1 wk in, I elected to start Cupramine. After the first dose (but not the second yet per instructions) the disease seems to have declared itself with white-ish spots on the back end and around the mouth, but they don't look like the typical stuck on salt spots, but more like little white dashes or gashes/flecks with a slight cloudy perimeter circling each small lesion... I'm not a pro at fish parasites by far, but was just wondering if I should presume it'll go away once I reach the target copper leve l of 0.5 or worry about treating with something else? The fish is still eating like a pig and very active so that made me somewhat reassured, but still...
