How do I remove Ich I found these spots on my fish

Is that white spots on the black of the tang? I see them on the pectoral fin. Read the stickies under the disease section, Snorvich wrote them. Looks like you need to feed more variety of food and enrich it with selcon and vitachem (for the hole in the head disease too) stop running carbon if you do.
