Ick and Coral

So unfortunately my tank recently suffered an ice outbreak. It has killed all but two of my fish, one a blue damsel and one a blenny. The thing is, my galaxea coral, which had formerly been very healthy will now not open at all. Why is this???? I have a 30 gallon tank, Ammonia is 0, Nitrites are 0, Nitrates are 15ppm and Specific Gravity is at 1.025. Also, how long should I wait until I add more fish? How big of a water change should I do and how often.

It sounds as if you had something other than ich based on the mortality timeline. Those two fish need to be quarantined and your display tank needs to be left fallow. The first problem is that about 5% of fish can develop immunity to a given parasite but those fish still carry it and can infect others. The second problem is deciding on the fallow period. If it is ich, the indicated period would be 9 weeks minimum with 12 weeks preferred. If it is oodinium, my suspected cause, six weeks would be indicated. In any case, I would not add fish sooner than 13 weeks from now.
