Can somebody let me know what this little guy is. Small rice looking thing. Does it need an extermination or is it safe?

It really looks like a piece of rice with a black spot in the middle. Woke up to it on my glass this morning now its hidden somewhere. Pretty small but much bigger then a pod. I tried taking the best pic i could but I'm limited to my iPhone.

I'm pretty sure you are looking at a sort of chiton there. If so, they are not only safe but beneficial. It looks like yours was on the glass which they will do.

I noticed 2 more this morning. I tried getting another pic, i will up load it later. Ill do a search and see if it looks similar.

If its moving relatively fast (for a snail) chances are its a stomatella

No they move very slow.

Still looks like a stomatella to me. Look at the shell. Chitons will have a shell that looks like multiple plates connected, stomatellas have a single shell and the body of the stomatella will extend past the shell. In any event, which ever it turns out to be they are both beneficial at best, and harmless at worst.

I think a more detailed description would really help out. Did it have any antennas? Was the mouth scraping the glass for food?

No antennas. Ill try to provide better pics. Is kind of hard to examin it closely and only appears at night after the lights go out.
