ID: green chromis with white bumps on nose..

hi, i need some help id'ing this disease.

i think its itch but its not scrubbing on any surfaces.

This chromis is a healthy eater and just a little over an inch in my girlfriends 12gal jbj nano, parameters are 1.026g 79degrees and 0 nitrates, ph 8.4? high??

this has grown slowly over a week or two and its become alarming, it appear to be growths as if fat pimple or cysts on the nostrils, but it doesnt behave like ich because it is symetrical on both sides while slightly deforming the nose
