ID help...is this Halimeda?

OK, so it is a bit 'white' as I took the pic at 4am, when the lights had been off for many hours. I will take some better pictures tomorrow.

I dont need anyone to tell me that the scale algae (name for that stuff, anyone?) gets me a 'Tsk-Tsk'...and some finger wagging.
This is a Mantis Shrimp tank, and I can't just 'get in' there and scrape it manually. It is a bit hard to remove with a long stick for scraping, though my finger removed a spot very high up when i was doing a water change.

I think Uriel is referring to the algae on the glass, not the Caulerpa. That isn't halimeda. Try looking up Ulvella. The crustose greens are poorly described in the literature. It's possible it is a coralline red algae that lacks red pigments. Also try super-gluing a razor blade to a thick wooden dowel rod.
