YEP!

Look them up, read QUICKLY, and start killing!!!

Best of luck. The pickling lime paste may work or just trash the rock they're on.

You can also add kalk paste or an acid (lemon Juice) to a 2 part marine epoxy and use it to cover the hole. Or shoot kalk paste into his hole, then cover it with the epoxy. The 2nd route would be best if you can remove the rock and treat it. I used to have aptaisa in my tank, and the best way I found to kill them was....well, I guess all 3 suggestions worked sometimes, and sometimes none of them did. Now I'm moving away from that to a tank with all dead rock and starting over :) I'll be qt'ing everything I get from here on out to try to prevent problems like I had with the tank which led to it's destruction after 8 months of being up and running. But I definitely second the sense of urgency conveyed in Kevin's post, because one of these little guys can turn into a lot more than that very quickly if you aren't careful. I read somewhere that aptaisa (which are similar to mojos in a lot of ways) will release something (i.e. reproduce) into your water if they feel threatened, so the best way to deal with the pest no matter what you do is definitely out of the tank. Good luck!

get rid of it asap even tho its pretty lol, i hated killing mine but it had to be done :(
also once u have aptasia u will always have aptasia, ime even tho there are no visible aptasia i find babies in my pumps and hob filter, basically anywhere a pep cant get to, even AFTER i nuke them in hot tap water and scrape clean, they always come back somehow

I am with cloak on this one. I have a small aptasia problem after almost 2 yrs of the tank being up and it drives me nuts. My new tank that I am currently setting up is dry rock and everything will go thru qt before touching my dt. Also aptasia spreads by releasing "seeds" so to speak when they retract, so its really a never ending battle.
