Is this some kind of acro growing next to the mille? They are both on the same rock. Maybe a fuzzy acro?

With all the pics I've been looking at,what's throwing me, is that mine is really fuzzy all the time(no receding)!

Kind of hard to tell, but it looks like an acropora yongei(aka green slimer) That is what the encrusted part on mine looks like. Wait til it grows vertical for an accurate ID

The corallites and color is typical of yongei, but it should have long stags growing out by now if it was.

+1 green slimer looks like placed flat t get the encrusting growth tips will come out soon

I have had tumida and yongei. They looked identical, except the tumida was very fuzzy and never grew stags or upward branches. It encrusted a lot then tabled. So unless you know what the mother colony grew like, then time will tell.
