Picked up some xenia from James mw and some came on a nice piece of lr. I cleaned and dipped the coral and two of these came off. Put the rock in my tank and looked this morning I found 3 more on the rock. I think they are Aiptasia*and not manjano but not 100%. I don't want to senseless kill things if they won't become a problem

Aiptasia. Im surprised they came off from a dip. What did you dip them with? Unfortunately even with my best efforts they still managed to get into my system... Reefer problems. :/

I use Coral RX Coral Dip Pro. I was shocked they came off but I was also scrubbing some bubble algae off as well. I guess I'll haft to kill the rest that's on the rock

Just hit like 10 of them when I got home. Will keep an eye out for them. My damn peppermint shrimp wants nothing to do with them. Only thing he killed was my poor cleaner shrimp. Rip

I found some on a rock one day and dipped the rock in Coca Cola and lime juice, scrubbed it for 30 min and havent seen another in over a month.
