ID help

I need help identifying this hitchhiker. He is about the size of a dime so it is hard to see, pictures below. He was on a snail originally, and he has moved around a few times and has a foot that attaches to the bottom. I have him held hostage until I find out what he is, good or bad? I think it may be a Bubble or carpet Anemone?

In all honesty, I have no idea :D . I would keep it in a spot/situation where it can't do any damage and will allow you to observe its growth (and probable change in characteristics).
 
Looks to me like a BTA. I've seen even smaller ones (let an adult BTA get sucked into an Ampmaster 3000 and see how many small ones you end up with :).
