I have a nudibrach in my tank. It only comes out at night. It is about one inch long, pure white and looks like it has zenia on it. Is it bad, and if so how do you kill them. I think i may have more than one.
do you have a pic, if not go to saltyunderground.com and if it is the one in the pic you have an aiptasia eating nudibranch. If you have montipora just make sure they aren't receding b/c it could be the monti eating nudi. But I suspect you have the aiptasia eating nudibranch.
The best bet is to get a good picture or two if you can and post the pictures. From the description, it is impossible to determine what kind of nudi or what it eats.
I've ID. the nudibranch,, it's a Tritoniopsis Elegans. Thanks for the help. It also ate a colt and a toodstool . I have removed three of them, I do not think I have anymore. I think it may have hitchiked on same coral I bought.
