Of course, since I'm trying to take pictures, Carl won't come very far out of his burrow. This is the best picture I've managed so far.
Normally when I feed him, he goes after the feeding stick and beats the tar out of it, giving a nice view of his meral spots and his telson.
Not today... perverse little bugger.
