ID on my itsy bitsy baby

Hi there! Horrible picture, but unfortunately he's disappeared, or possibly escaped, from my mini fuge so I can't take better ones...eek. He's under an inch long so considering that the pic isn't that bad, hah

Can someone help with the ID?

Hey pretty sure like I said N. Wenn I really hope you can find the little bugger cause his tank is lonely without him haha. Your harlequin is fattened up and ready to roll
 
It is definitely not Neogonodactylus wennerae, but I have no idea what it is. If it is from the Caribbean, two possibilities are N. austrinus and N. curacaoensis, but I can't see enough detail to be sure. Did you get a look at what color the meral spots are?

Dr. Roy I presume this is the mantis that she is trying to get for me so that I can swap out my harlequin shrimp for it. I have a 10 and 20 gallon both with 4 inch sandbed, lr rubble, and pvc tunnels. Which tank do you think would be the best they both have 1 or 2 damsels hermits and snails for his delight . .
