found this guy cruising around my tank, doesnt look like a nudibranch.

googled Elysia Sp. and would have to say its a positive id.

is this thing toxic when it dies?? do i need to supplement feeding with nori strips?? etc?

cute little critter would like to keep him.
 
Lots of them eat bryopsis, as Calappidae says. Some of them will feed on other algae, too. If you have a good bit of greenery in the tank, it should do fine. I doubt it would be able to eat nori. Not toxic, but they tend to just disappear in a tank and never be seen again. They can get blown around pretty easily also, as they aren't very "sticky."
