ID Please - Strange lobster

I caught this little lobster under a rock the other day, anyone have any idea what kinda he is? Is it even a lobster? Thanks.

That sir is a pistol shrimp.

If it was a pistol shrimp wouldn't one claw be larger then the other? Both claws are the same size.
