ID Please these PICS

It started the size of a dime. Now its about 3 inches across and 2 inches down.

These things move alot. Its about the size of a 50 cent piece.

The first pics looks like a sponge, and the second could be a bryozoan, sponges dont move. Maybe a tunicate, but I dont think those move either.
