ID please yellow watchmen goby

I got this fish from local pet store and it already had this buldgy things like rounded pimple around root of gill fins.I think its some kind of worms inside because i tried fresh water dip and it looks like some worms protrude out but didnt want to traumatize fish because it was in realy bad shape. Her head was white and now after few months she looks good, active and eats normally but number of buldges as i notice didnt decrease. Dont want to lose fish.Any opinion would help.thnx
