The ID is correct but I would not say any clowfish hosting anemones are extremely hardy nor good for reef beginner.
It is hardier compare to other host anemones except BTA IME. I have keep them all, all the host anemones and a few non hosting anemones.

Is what normal? I'm not trying to be a smart alek, just not sure what you're concerned about. Which, I guess, answers your question in a way.

Why wont my anemone attach his foot.. kinda just rolls around?

your lta could be unhappy for various reasons:

depth of sand- they like to bury their foot and if there is not enough sand it may not be happy.
lack of flow- if its not getting the correct amount of flow it may move around until if finds the perfect spot
lighting- anemones in general need a decent amount of light. in the event it is not getting enough it won't attach its foot.
water params- how long has the tank been setup?

It's been set up for about 9 months have all types of Anemones in this tank all doing well except this one. My Coral beauty keeps picking at it and its bottom but I dont see any damage.. I have a 75 gallon with 6 T-5 over it.. He has almost no flow where he is I was told they dont need any? My sand bed is about 3-4 inches thick..
