It's not a capnella "Kenya tree". It's obviously some sort of green branching sinularia or nephthea that's gotten browned out from not having enough light. Let it grow and see how it ends up looking before you do anything drastic. Throwing corals away is just irresponsible. Even brown capnella still has value to the right people. I sell tons of blue/green and even the brown capnella to people all the time for $5-$10 each. Anyway, if you want to frag it, take a clean razor blade or scissors and slice off a branch. If you just want to move the whole coral, break off a little rock underneath the whole coral and glue it down to whatever new rock you want it on. Hope this helps.
