I found this guy on the frag rock i got last nite. Good or bad? About a 1/2 ish long

I've never heard of them going out of control, you'll just have a stable population of stomatellas that won't need augmenting.

I see mine at all times but mostly during the blue light phases. The like to spawn when I turn the pumps down to feed the fish.
You will find lots of the babies in your skimmer as they like the oxygen saturation there. It's also a great place to harvest them if you want to seed other tanks.
