Found these brown flag like things on a rock are they :thumbsup::sad2r :eek1:

Some sort of caulerpa would be my guess. Most can be very invasive. If you can pull the rock out to another small bowl of water, cut it as short as you can and then drip some hydrogen peroxide on the spots. Let it sit for a minute or two, swish in the bowl, and return to the tank. That will probably take care of it for you.
