Very difficult to tell from that picture, but the balled tentacle tips suggest it might be a ball anemone (Corynactis or Pseudocorynactis sp.). They are very common hitchhikers.
I think you are right about it being a ball anemone. I think someone needs to give me pointers on taking pics in my tanks. Not sure how to do it on my phone. Maybe need a filter of some sort?
