id plz

i noticed in my 10g that there are these small white bugs all over the place
there the size of a sewing needle and they have antenaes on them
i dont think the're copepods because they are a little bigger than copepods
there longer than skinny but its not a worm either
i have no pics cause cam broke so might e hard to id
i just want to know what they are and if there reef safe

Sounds like maybe an amphipod.

If it is a amphipod it is reefsafe.
