ID This Japanese Goby

He is from Japan and brought in through SDC. Definitely not fusigobius most likely from the Istigobius genus but none of my reference books have any good pictures of the different species. Lower jaw is bright yellow and lots of blue along the lateral line.

Any Goby/Japanese fish experts have a clue?
