Lancelets are chordates. This is either a flatworm or a nemertean.

I agree with Leslie and would put my money on it being a nemertean (ribbon worm). I have more photos of them if you wish to compare them with what you have within my hitch hikers page, a few links to more info is also provided.

Ya, I believe it came on a live rock but not positive. If I see it again I will try to get a better pic. I just bought a six line wrasse so I may not

Heard lanclets don't last long in tanks?

Lancelets are typically found in surf zones, diving in & out of the sand and feeding on the organisms stirred up by the waves. They don't last long in tanks at all.

i dont think lancets are that flexible let alone able to stick to the glass like that. My oney is on a Nemertean also.
