I think that may be the margin of the oral veil that you can see on the left side of the photos. It's not a great match for any species of Melibe that I could find, but it does show several characteristics typical of different species in the genus. It looks like a compact version of Melibe pilosa, but that species is probably endemic to the Hawaiian islands. Compare to these photos:
