Can anyone identify this animal? My LFS is selling it but doesn't know what it is.

That's aptasia, avoid that at all costs. Also be weary of that LFS since they don't know what that is. It definitely shouldn't be sold. It's a pest anenome.

It looks like a majano anemone to me. If it is, it's a pest (similar to aiptasia) that you don't want in your tank.

I think there's also green mushrooms or carpet anenomes on that same rock which is probably why they're selling it. Regardless, you don't want that single polyp in there.

Yup. Green mushroom on the right lower, mojano front and center. I wouldn't give you $5 for that rock.
