Ive had this guy since i cycled the tank...now theres 2 of them i was told by my LFS that it was a type of anemone but there not sure

Looks kinda like a majano anemone. If so you'll want to kill that asap.

that's not a majano. I've seen this anemone before, but I can't remember what they're called.

We will need to know what kind it is to determine if it should be released from life - did you try boxfishpooalot's suggestion?
