I've had this growth on a rock now for some time. It's been through red bugs and AEFW's and is finally getting some structure to it. any ideas?

Very nice coral!!! Can really tell yet what it is yet. Would look for something that is Corymbose including Caespitose (busy). First picture almost looks like A.nana but there arent enough corallites for it too be that.

Yeah it does look like a nana in the first, but is taking on a interesting direction.

The polyps remind me the ones on my Becker Tort

Interesting.
It is encrusting like an Eflo, but it has coralites that resemble A. Lokani. It could be a Lokani that is growing this way based on
your setup, but this is just speculation. It does seem to be a
smooth polyped deep water species.
Pretty coral :)

weekly update (bump) - just hopeful that one of these weeks it gets enough structure to be identified - thanks all

another weekly update

some people are thinking it looks like the "Tyree Purple Unknown", at this stage it is very similar in growth patterns and polyp coloration. The base color is a different purple but htat cold be lights or any number of things
