So, what do you think is better April or May? If we do April we gotta get our Sh!t together quick like.
I am open to any weekend except Easter weekend.

jallard makes a good point. lets keep talking on this thread and keep up all updates. he l l ! we could get this thing so well planed that a fall event could be huge. keep up the chatter and let get this thing so exhausted that its like a hollywood movie............can even suck but generate profits! LOL! seriously i think we should plan way ahead before the next cold season . the kind of talk im seeing now ...the energy shouldnt die down. as we all have agreed this idea is "hot" translation great!

If we plan it right we might actually be able to do it during the town garage sale weekend then we'll have all sorts of people there. I believe that's the weekend before or after Memorial day.
Jallard - Glenville is right down the street from where we had the frag event. Chris lives about 5 minutes from me.

Exactely! I don't know how to find out when it is but I'll keep a look out. I'm pretty sure they do it around Mem. day. If not no biggie. Chris' house is in a prime spot for a garage sale.

I think that it would be a great club promotion activity
I have some time off coming up so that I may be able to work on some of these things but I'm going to put discussion of this on the April meeting agenda. Lets try to solidify some plans, discuss dates and possibly get some volunteers to help plan.

well i was just saying if it takes all summer to plan that would be fine for a fall event. in any case when ever we plan on it .......is fine. i was just trying to make a point that we dont need to rush it. may sounds really good! i will speak to union about participating if they want. ill pm the council with unions answer. another idea is for us all to include macro for cheap. i mean most of us use it in our sumps so we could have a table with a variety of macro. just a thought.
also i am willing to spread flyers around the upper union street schenectady area. i am also willing to do the same over the bridge in scotia's little shopping district.
