Ideal Method for SPS Nutrient Export - Poll

Weekly water changes, skimming, GFO/GAC, vinegar dosing. I'm giving up on my current live rock based fuge, and will be stocking only chaeto in fuge with increased lighting and circulation.

Bi-weekly 15% and monthly 25% water change, bio-pellets, heavy skimming, rowaphos.

300 gallon total system volume. 1.5% daily water changes via litermeter III. DSB with a separate macroalgae tank for nutrient export. 1cup OF GFO and ROX carbon changed monthly. Don't have much skimmer use since I started 1.5% daily water changes.
