Ideal parameters for zoas?

What are the ideal conditions for most zoanthids, specifically Alkalinity and Ca? I know all are different in some way, but as a general rule what are good conditions for growth? Thanks

Mine grow like crazy. I think alk is much more important to zoas, imo.
Alkalinity - 10dkh
Calcium - 420
