Ideal temperature fluctuation range

Been running halides for 25+ years and have always had good success and temp fluctuations. Tank is 9 months old, 26 species of sps and I'm getting good growth and color out of most of them.
My question is I have a ~4° temp fluctuation daily, what do you think the optimal range is? Right now I have it at 76.4° - 80.4°.
Just trying to increase growth and color. While everything is currently good, I'm always trying to get it better.
Thanks.

40+ years in the hobby. MH, VHO, then PC, then T5s, now LEDs and some T5.

SPS and everything else growing just fine under all of them with a 5 degree temp swing. Anything more than that and I start shutting lights off early in the day.

After reading my initial question again I don't think I was very clear.
What do you think a good low temp is? I have mine set at 76.5, heater kicks on at 76.4. Do you think I should set it lower, higher or leave it?

Ah, I see. I'd say that's a pretty ideal range.

I set heaters at 77-78 and start turning off lights if I get to 82. I've hit 84 lately and had no issues with color or growth.
