ideas for catching fish/damsels

i had the same problem with a powder blue, i needed to rid of, i tried numerous things with the trap i used and i found when i opened the gate part the food would float out by the time the powder blue warmed up to the trap in the water, it was very fiesty, but then i let the trap in the water for a good hour , before i opened the gate, and let me tell you the powder blue was the first one in once i opened the gate.....one month of tryin and tryin, why didnt i think of that when i first go it thank god i didnt move rockwork or remove water, and take stressing my corals and other fish....but i like the fishing idea.....i think it would be fun

Well,

I haven't gotten them out yet, didn't have the time to attempt it thoroughly. Don't want to go fishing in my tank, but it's a thought. I think I have a fly or 3 in my tackle box, lol.

I wanted to better id these fish, as I need to be knwoledgable of what I have in my tank. I have heard they are dispar's, but not sure of that. So, can some of the best reefers ever help me?

here they are:

If no one else chimes in, I'll take him (I know there were others in line before me, but if no one gets back to you let me know and I'll take him).

BTW, how did you finally snag him?

You can have him, if Alti doesn't get back to me soon. You're right in Jackson, right?

I baited the tube from a Pythin gravel cleaner with some frozen brine shrimp. Just took a cube and submersed the tube, I let the cube thraw out in the tank, so it would drive him crazy, knowing it was there. I waited say 20 minutes and then I put a net by the tube and just left it there, I poured a little of the brine shrimp out, to whet his whistle, and 5 minutes later, he was swimming near the net, then the tube. I just know he couldn't resist some food. 2 minutes later, he went in the tube, all the way, just eating. By the time he tried to make an exit, it was to late. Caught!

He's now in the tube, and his little friends are all swimming around, for now. I will get another one soon, no doubt. AND NO FISHING, LOL

AND NO FISHING, LOL

Bah! Where's your sense of adventure!

Yes Rev, I'm in Jackson. Keep me posted on the status. It's no big deal one way or the other. If anyone else wants him, they can have him, otherwise I have a home for him.

Hey John 323,

sorry I missed you call, had a church service to attend this morning.
I gave it this guys son in the same complex I live in. I forgot he asked me for one, if I caught it. So, I apologize.
