Identification help please Algae and Critter

OK, the first is the dark red/ maroon/ brown in the back. It has a little fuzz look to it in the tank. Just showed up. I assume bad news.

Now for this little critter. It appears to have some "tentacles" or something that are blowing around/ feeding. Maybe some kind of bubble tip?

The dark maroon might be a fairly common encrusting sponge. It sometimes overgrows the live rock.

I can't see any details in the second picture.

2nd picture is the clear blob in the middle of the rock.

could also be a sponge
 
The clear thing is a sponge. I had a couple that hitchhiked on my live rock in my old 40 gallon. The maroon stuff looks like cyanobacteria to me. It's extremely hard to tell though. Run your finger across it. If it comes off it sheets its cyano
