Identify anemone

What kind of anemone is this. Lfs sold it as a bta but said they weren't really sure

It is a H. malu. The stripes on the tentacles give it away. Sand bed anemone.

Looks pretty bleached out.

Thinking too hard, or just post padding? It's quite a stretch to think that is an Epicystis.

That, I think, is a Condylactis gigantea or a Condy which is an Atlantic anemone.

is that a good anemone for a reef and does it look healthy

They do not host clown fish, easy to keep and should do fine in a normal well run reef reef. Some are more colorful than other, Mostly purple-blue in color. Your's is kinda bland.
