If I were to treat my reef tank for marine ich

Which will be the best way of treating a reef tank without using a copper or transferring a fish to another tank. It is almost impossible to catch this fish and I do not wish to move all the rock scapes and re do it since all the corals are attached to the rocks so afraid to break or kill any.

It is SPS only tank, few inverts and fish(I am trying to treat to cure my blue tang).

Should I just leave it and wish for the best?

I'm sure you read the stickies on ich at the top of the forum. Short answer: there is no way to cure fish of ich in the main. The only way to kill crypto in a reef tank is to go fallow and treat the fish in an HT.

For $40 you can buy a Precision marine fish trap. I caught my fish in minutes, one after another when taking it out emptying and dropping it down again. Don't feed for a day or two, then bait after leaving trap in the tank for a day or two. They work and I don't know why anyone would tear apart a reef or drain a tank when this option is available. It was just too simple to do.

=( I did read a lot of infos but I was hoping to get some answers like theres one product that works great in a reef tank.
I found this product today at my lfs, it was in a small 1g? jar kinda yellowish liquid and it says it is safe to use in reef system to eliminate ich.
I am assuming that is bs based on the info I keep on getting. Darn it!
Yea I will try to catch this little booger and hopefully cure its issue.
Thanks guys!

If there were such a magic treatment we wouldn't have all those stickies dedicated to ich;) All that garbage the LFS sells is just that...garbage.

Just like the great silicone debate everyone has an opinion on ich. If the treatment seems to good to be true it is. Go old school and follow the stickies. Do you buy your saltwater or make your own?
