Did Miguel say that was micro? There are so many "small Aussie Lords" coming in and that has the outward appearance of lord rather than micro... BUT without a doubt Miguel knows his stuff! I have had the opprtunity to hook up a bunch of these "Small Aussies" lately but passed because "Im a micro man" LOL alot of Gorgeous, Gorgeous Small Aussies lords out there Have you all seen the LORDS that Jim has at www.eyecatchingcoral.com OMG they just glow I have never seen any like them
Hey Doc, yes - he got a BUNCH of ultra grade Lords (I think I bought every one ) - and this was the only "micromussa". He definitely labeled it that way (its apparently sold out). But who knows, maybe in different waters the sizes vary even more so it might be a small Lord. However, I do have a lot of Aussie Lords now and this is much smaller than the rest. But to your point, it does seem a wee bit larger than my "japanese" or "non-indo" micros and most of those are very old school. I'll get some pix when its tanked and inflated, next to others. OG = Original Gangstas, OM = Original Micras ...
It is absolutely gorgeous! Miguel knows his stuff... I think that I found a few Aussie Micros this week also I know for sure Friday when they arrive! hehe OLD SKOOLZ rock
I picked up a couple of small frag's from a local reefer (ICU2). Doc's Sativa and Doc's Blackjack if I'm correct The Sativa will likely be one of my favorites here going forward. That's very shortly after a fresh cut.
The BlackJack is super awesome, I love mine and it is up to 10 or so polyps now. I have to say the Pink Lemonade looks really good under my 12K Reeflux bulbs in the new LPS tank. Super bright and colorful. Both are must have micros .
Those are all looking really nice guys Keep feeding them and you'll have full colonies in no time... That Black Jack is in some high demand! I wish I had about 100 polyps of that
LOL, going to keep this baby in on piece. I have a list of about twenty people who want frags, but I have also had many well resepected people in the hobby tell me not to frag it as you do not see colonies of this size very often.
