Today is the day! I get my new onyx perculas in! I'll be getting them around 11:30 and hopefully acclimate over my lunch(might extend it to two hours). I really hope they are doing well with my mailman right now. I can't wait.

I'm thinking of putting one of them with the oddball picasso out of the trio and putting the other with an occelaris. I was originally thinking I was going to keep them together, but why not mix it up and try some new things? Besides, they're not paired up yet, so now would be the time to do it. What do you guys think about this idea? Would it be better to keep them together or do you think they would look good with different clowns?

I'll let you know how everything goes...

They are absolutely amazing. Beautiful coloration, amazing deal. This guy hooked me up with two amazing fish...very dark and very healthy looking. They were eating before they were in their respective tanks.

When I get home from work. The lights have been off on one of the tanks and the other is covered, so it'll be hard to get a pic of the one, but the nicer one I will have a pic of today when I go home...

CONGRATS Craig! Can't wait to see the pics! When do you think you'll get some babies? It takes a few years right?:love2:

Depends on the type. I've actually heard that picassos can begin to breed early on. Here is a link to Oama hinting to this fact:

It all depends on whether they take to each other at all. Also, I guess depends on other factors to if clowns can be mating as early as mentioned in this article. They also have to be fairly comfortable before they begin mating process.

I have taken a few(bad) pics and will get more when they settle in. They are always anxious at first.

Hey Cootie, I'll pm you when I get done with posting the pics. Just talked to him and he has a few more. Came from CA.

Here's one by himself before I moved the picasso into his tank:

Here's the same one with the picasso:

And again, they were curious of the skunk cleaner:

A fuzzy picture of the other one with the occelaris(don't know if I'm going to keep these two together or not):

Thanks for all the compliments. The photos will get much better once they calm down and settle in. I'll get more as I go along.
