i dont see why you wouldnt be able to cut that out on a mill, just dont use the cutting fluid.

Joe Yes I would think it is repairable. Again talk to GEO. George is a great guy and has great customer service. The acrylic tube end needs to be resurfaced to give you a clean edge and you will need a new flange to glue onto the tube. Again talk to Geo.

Bad luck reared it's ugly head again today...my window was frozen shut of my Jeep and I was flicking the button up and down trying to unstick it while the vehicle warmed up and POOF! The window exploded and glass everywhere. Never have heard of this happening. I've got skilz.

I am sorry to laugh at your bad luck but .... I don't care who you are, that right there was funny. :lol:

I have used my switch like that when my window gets stuck. I won't do that again.

Many years ago I had a string of bad luck that was unreal. I went 14 days straight when I had a major disaster every day. It started with the motor in my car exploding and ended with my pressure tank flooding the house. Things in between include my son catching the bathroom on fire, breaker panel went bad and almost caused a fire, roof leak, lost my wallet and all ID, tv quit and more. I was afraid to go anywhere or do anything. :lol:

Since then I have been pretty lucky. Things will turn around but in the mean time please don't come to Port Clinton. :worried:
