I managed to unstick a sticking regulator and blew the top off of my Geo612. I've got skilz.
Anyone else have a great day like me?

Gonna try to machine the top where the top was cemented on and make a new top....just have to find out what kind of cement to use to fuse it on.

Salty is checking for me if I can fix this one.
Any idea what he paid for the replacement shell?
Nice to see that I haven't been the only guy to do this. I felt kinda stupid when I didn't disconnect it when I refired it.

Joe Yes I would think it is repairable. Again talk to GEO. George is a great guy and has great customer service. The acrylic tube end needs to be resurfaced to give you a clean edge and you will need a new flange to glue onto the tube. Again talk to Geo.

I'm going to try to clamp the base and run an endmill across the surface about .030 a cut...to get a clean edge....then find a piece of lexan and turn the o.d. face oth sides...bore the id and add a face groove for the oring.....
