I have a 92G with a hippo tang, yellow tang, pajama cardinal, a clarki clown, an ocellaris clown, and a damsel in my 92G I know that the hippo will eventually outgrow the tank but I will sell it when th etime comes ( far from now) and I dont care about the damsel My water quality is perfect and I want to get a dwarf lion fish. My questions are:
1. Are they relatively hardy
2. Will I beable to get it to eat frozen food and also are they a pain in the @$$ to feed since they are slow eaters.
3Will they sting any of my fish.?
4 what kid of dwarf lion, the fuzzy or the zebra?
Thanks alot

That is definitely an odd mix of fish and I believe you will begin to experience compatibility issues in the near future.

Dwarf lions are nice fish and are of little to no threat to any of the fish on your list providing they are too large for the lion's mouth.

None of the Scorpion fish family offensively sting other fish; think of them as a porcupine and how that animal uses its spines for defense only.
Fish that attempt to attack a lion will impale themselves as well as fish that become spooked and dart around the tank and accidentally run into the spines of a lion.
Most dwarfs are easily converted to frozen foods with the exception of the Fu Man Chu lionfish.

don't do it! they can kill you... :(

j/k :D - it's a great fish and something with very different behavior, shape, and personality than the rest of what you have... it may easily become your favorite.

One piece of advice, get one that is ALREADY eating dead/frozen food. It is difficult to train an individual in a fairly large and well populated tank. Also consider getting a larger specimen so it has more of a chance of securing it's food. A very small fish will struggle in that setup, imo, especially if it is not yet weaned off of live food.

yeah that would be great to go one that is eating dead food. But if you really do want one no matter what, make sure it is eating at the store.
