You should not feel silly. Many of us already paid. I've always felt that IMAC was a great investment for the education, networking and fun. Dennis decided to run the special to get as many local reefers as possible to come out for this.

I agree with you and have no arguement. I have only attended one but it played a big factor in my moving into the hobby. Not just because of the lectures but because of the great people I met. It is very generous of Dennis and I appreciate his putting advancing the hobby over making the money from the walk ins.

His approach is a class act. You know how it is the constant balance between seeking a good deal and wanting to support a field you believe in. It's the same balance between only buying from a quality LFS and getting a deal from out of town vendors be they internet or others. You want a good deal but you want to keep a good infrastructure for the hobby.

Is there a sign up sheet for working the CMAs booth? I won't be arriving until Saturday.

Thanks for all who have worked on IMAC it will be a loss when it is no longer available.
