How tight should the impeller assembly fit in the motor / bushing of a 6000/6100? I have a replacement 6100.700 for my pump and would like to know what the proper fit should be.

Hmm - That must be my problem then, the 6100.700 that I received did not come with any new bushings or bearings. The fit on the bushing was very tight so for the time being I opened the bushing up slightly.
I apologize for that, we ran out of drive units a couple weeks ago and since such a part is usually urgent I asked an employee to part out a pump to get them to people and he didn't get the bearings and bushings. If you PM me your info I will send them.
